My research is guided by leveraging the inherent adaptability in human mental processes to improve mental health. Interdisciplinarity is key to me, drawing from my background in cognitive neuroscience & clinical psychology.

I employ diverse methodological approaches. Some projects use emerging technologies like AR/VR to introduce novel interventions, while others utilize a translational approach to develop innovative treatments.

I present my research at scientific conferences. Next presentaions will be at the Deutscher Psychotherapie Kongress and the DGPs/ÖGP Congress 2024.

I accept media inquiries (e.g. from the SRF), invited talks for clinicians (e.g. Privatklinik Wyss) contribute to educational programs for the general public, such as at the Brain Week or give courses at the volkshochschule beider basel.
